Vaguely Entertaining Intro
This was a concept intro for a project I was involved with during the coronavirus pandemic.
This was the first time I had used After Effects to create an animated video for the purposes of entertainment. This was very simple to make and could have been expanded more however the simplicity was effective for the videos we made.
Salford SU Pride
To accompany our Pride Campaign, I was tasked to make an animated video that will be spread across campus on our digital screens to promote that the Students' Union stands with those protesting this pride month.
It is incredibly rewarding knowing we can still cater to our students in a digital format without the need and use for printed collateral, thus being sustainable and helping out our planet.
To hone in on my editing skills and to see what I could create in one hour using stock footage and royalty-free music, I decided to create a fan trailer for a made-up nature documentary.
It was fun to piece together and made me think about the composition of the trailer.
This is something I'd love to do more of in the future.
